Ordered netbook for $121.00. Salesman talked me into upgrade for $40. Received product. Tried unsuccessfully to access BellSouth e-mail account. Took computer to professional. He could not access e-mail. Called. Got RMA number. Returned equipment. Just told only gave me back $80.99. I L-O-S-T $80.00 plus $11.00 shipping for a no-good piece of nothing. Called at least 10 times. E-mailed over and over. These people are crooks. They need to be put out of business. Please tell your friends, Facebook, Twitter, whoever to stay away from their website and do not call their number. They will GET you.
