I joined since they "matched" you to people. I signed up for a 3 month trial. I received very few matches. What 29 points are they matching, the contacts were located too far away, were too old, close files without any contact or did not response to my request for communication. I assumed they got me as a match too so what does that tell you when both sides are not communicating.

It could be a week or more without any matches sent at all. Then a few days before the end of the period they send a few and you almost have to rejoin in order to see if the other person will respond.

How can eHarmony have thousands of people and yet on an average you only get 5-10 matches over your three month period. They say that it takes time, right, time for your subscription to run out so that you have to renew.

And forget about their money back guarantee that shows up each time you sign up but if it is not the first time you don't get your money back because you may have signed up months ago and that period had expired but it still counts.

Save your money people. This is a scam !
