November 28 2012 agreed on price, recieved by e-mail confermation for an E-Z-Carport from Elephant Structures March 2012 called to see when delivery was. Going over the contract her numbers were not mine. after two days of hitting walls no one would bulge. Carolina Carports manufactures these E Z Carports. They would not install the carpoet ordered at price on my paper. Elephant structures took the orded and sent me the paper agreement. T-N-T carports sent me a quote which Elephant structures agreed to match the price, that is how we came to a price agreement. Carolina carports told me the paper i sent to the was a "FRAUD". At the bottom of this paper is a different address, for Elephant Structures. Carolina Carports canceled my order and Elephant Structures sent me an E-Mail with a CUSTOMER REFUND NOTIFICATION. Now I will not get my cover from either company. T-N-T carports are not affiliated with " THIS GROUP OF ???? " . WE talked and found out there are no discounts now. AS of 3-10-2013 have not recieved refund, or any proof of . __ We could not agree the contract should be upheld! ___.
ALL OF THIS FOR $ 200. DIFFERENCE. That was out of my pocket, the consumer, not Carolina Carports.YOU DECIDE!!!!

ON NOVEMBER 26 I RECIEVED A QUOTE FRON ELEPHANT STRUCTURES, WHILE STILL NEGEOTIATING WITH XAN THOMAS. ON NOVEMBER 30 XAN THOMAS SENT ME ANOTHER QUOTE SHOWING THE PRICE QUOTE MATCH. THE E MAIL SAID HERE IT IS THIS SHOULD DO IT. I CALLED XAN THOMAS SEVERAL TIMES AND VERBALLY BACKED WHAT HE SENT ME. SOME GUY WAS HARD TO CONVINCE BUT IT WAS APPROVED. WE EVEN TALKED ABOUT LESS DOWN PAYMENT. MY SOLUTION WAS JUST KEEP AND DEDUCT FROM NEW PRICE. THIS WAS SHOWN ON THE LAST EMAIL WITH THE QUOTE ON IT, SENT TO ME ON NOVEMBER 30. NOW WE KNOW THE OLD ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WAS USED ON THE QUOTE SENT TO ME FROM XAN THOMAS. CAROLINA CARPORTS TOLD ME IT WAS A FRAUD AND THEY NEVER SEEN IT THEY WOULD NOT MATCH THE PRICE. IF THIS DOCUMENT WAS A FRAUD WHY WAS IT SENT TO ME SHOWING WHAT WAS DISCUSSED BY THE SALESMAN AND ME ON THE PRICE OF THE COVER?
WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED FROM YOUR COMPANY THE LAST QUOTE WAS NOT REAL AND CONFERM THE PRICE YOU ARE SAYING IS RIGHT , SO WE COULD DISCUSS THE DIFFERENCE.

Good Afternoon Mr. Arnold,
In reference to your complaint and your correspondence with our company, I would like to confirm to you that we do our best to guarantee our customers satisfaction.
We received a quote from your end that was given to you by TNT carports requesting a price match. Our sales representative emailed you back a quote from our company (Elephant Structures) showing our price distribution and how much we will have to discount in order to match the TNT pricing. The price match was never confirmed however you still placed your order with our sales representative
with our pricing. We emailed you an order confirmation on 11/26/12 including your order summary as well as the deposit and the remaining balance upon installation.
On 03/07/13 you received a call from the scheduling department at Carolina Carports to confirm your installation date and at this time you informed Carolina Carports and Elephant Structures that the price was incorrect and you thought you had purchased with the TNT pricing. The structure was complete and ready to be delivered and installed. Due to the misunderstanding, Elephant Structures did an exception to the cancellation policy and refunded your deposit in full.
I do apologize for the inconvenience you had with this order and I can assure you that we continuously do our best to satisfy our customers. May you have a great day Sir and best regards.
