This is supposed to be a Senior park but no more. They are now letting 40yr olds in.This is leading to faster cars and louder neighborhoods. There are also kids living in the park.
Manager Tami Elio knows ther are kids living here but does nothing about it.She says to tell her where they are living but she still does nothing, kids run ing all over the streets with no resident in site for supervision.
If you tell or ask tami about anything nevative she will yell at you be nasty and sometimes make your life a living hell. Rentis Never the same.If you are on the coner, pink, red, purple house or in the middle of the block every rent is different.
Re tgoes up every yearmore than the seniors social security checksdo. The seniors in this park are fast approaching not being able to afford to live here. My advice is do NOT move in here as it is not worth thestress and harassment from management.
