EMAN Transport, LLC DOT:1767069 Emmanuel Africain STEALS FREIGHT AND/OR PERSONAL PROPERTY THEN BARGAINS FOR THERE RETURN Imperial Beach, California

I have been hired by multiple parties that were severely wronged by EMAN TRANSPORT, LLC and EMMANUEL AFRICAIN. The latest case involved a widow, whose husband was killed in the line of duty while serving in Afghanistan, to move there belongings since the were forced to move to another area in which the widows parents live.
All of the packing was done under the watchful eye of my client and her daughter. Five days later, across the country, when the box trailers arrived late, my clients started unloaded since the people they had already paid through EMAN TRANSPORT, LLC and EMMANUEL AFRICAIN quit due to non-payment by you guessed it, yet again, EMAN TRANSPORT, LLC and EMMANUEL AFRICAIN, they noticed that EVERY one one the sealed boxes (by my clients) had been torn open and rifled through for valuables.
Heirloom silver, antiques, guns, paintings, you name it. Well, EMMANUEL AFRICAIN smooth talked this client who is a shell of who she once was. He actually said that he could get the items back and that he knew where they were, but he wanted to talk it over with her at over a 'late night' meal and to boot, please bring my clients 17 year old daughter so that he could he console her!
I told her to immediately contact law enforcement. He is currently under investigation. What a shame to try and take advantage of the people who are grasping at anything  for a chance of normalcy. We must stand steadfast and report every wrongdoing this wold in sheep's clothing creeps up on
