It took 3 years for EMC to get it off husbands credit.We two have signed forbearances agreements with them.Today we still owe them $25000. We haven't signed anymore agreements with them.
We ourselves have taken a stand and filed litation against EMC in a court of law. They tried to have it dismissed but we filed added complaints ,so they dismissed their chrge of trying to have it thrown out.
We are tired of the stupidity of this company and we'd like everyone to take a stand against EMC.
