EMC Mortgage Corp. Never followed through with modification, then sold my mortgage, uping my payment and interest rate Irving, Texas

They were supposed to do a modification and never did, sold my mortgage which uped my payment and interest rate. What happended to the save our homes program? If we don`t have a government or fha loan we are on our own! Obama was supposed to stop this but it continues still and they have their eyes closed once again. If you can`t afford your payment, why sell it to another company that is raising the payment and interest rate? We are all going to be losing our homes, my husband is self-employed and does not have a steady income so we are going to be homeless soon. Thank you to EMC and President Obama for all of your help and understanding. Maybe he could stop by and tell my 5 kids why we are losing our home. We have got to stop taking this crap, but who do you turn too? There is no one there for any of us. The modification never happened because my paperwork never made it of course 2 times!
