My mother was a victim..she ordered zerosmoke and then they tried to upsell....there were two witnesses to the call who back up that she was very clear she did not want any other products..unequivocally clear. Teh company is currently under suit in texas and north carolina. they are unscrupulous and hide under a number of name in addition to the above. I would encourage everyone to file a complaint with your state attorney. It is clear that these people have duped people and made millions from it. They need to be shut down and it will nto happen unless the state attorneys offices get involved. They use a number of methods...web and phone. on the web with one flower company, you must select a box to NOT be signed up. if you do not check the box...whan - they got you. The phone call is not so clear.

I contacted the phone center who is called checkpoint teleservices and spent a great deal of time on the phone with the fellow. He actually tried to blame her and stated that she had called them as if that mattered. They claim to have her on tape but would nto release the tape claiming it belongs to zerosmoke and that serosmoke would have to approve. I think the best thing to do is simplyNOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE OR FROM DIRECT MARKETERS ON TV. If enough people cease doing so, then I think the industry will cela itself up. My mother went to the psot office today to return something she purchased overt the phone and said she would never buy anything through tv advertising or on the internet again. The psot office clerk said that most people were saying the same thing.

Easy Saver seems tobe a big offendor. They offer savings to a number of restaurants and toehr companies. PErhaps it would be a good idea to wrtie to the comapnies and tell them you will boycott their businesses until they end their association with them...for example - olive garden! Don't just be sucked in...do something...contact the BBB, your local state rep, your congessman, the state attorney, the companies that do business with them. Eventually ti will catch up wtih them.
