EMJ Technologies, Inc. EMJ He is a scam artist. Took our money and didnt provide the services. Miami, Florida

Julio Montolio and EMJ Technologies from Florida (he has addresses in Miami, Sunrise and Coral Gables) accepted our prepayment via wire transfer for equipment we needed to purchase.  He never ordered the equipment we ordered.  He has sent me three fraudulant checks from accounts that were closed.  He is full of stories and is a con artist and a pathalogical liar.  I can writie a book with the hundreds of lies he's told me over the last few months.  Since he stole our money and wasted time with the fraudulent checks, he has now even dissolved his company as of December 2012, however you cannot dissolve a company if that company owes a debt.

If you ever have had to deal with him, steer clear.  He will take your money and come up with hundreds of lies - he is a pathalogical liar- don't fall for it.  Do not pay anyone up front.  He owes us over $30k now.  I would like it to be known that this individual cannot be trusted in any way and is not worthy of doing business with anyone.  He has no shame for the things he's done.
