EMPS TOLD ME i HAD TO UPGRADE MY CREDIT CARD MACHINE SO I CAN BE PCI COMPLIANCE SO I PURCHASED THE NEW MACHINE FROM THEM , THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SHIP IT ALREADY PROGRAMED READY TO PLUG IN AND USE (my prior machine will automaticly close settlements every day) BUT THE NEW ONE THEY SENT WAS NOT PROGRAMED RIGHT AND DID NOT CLOSE AUTOMATICLY THE SETTLEMENTS SOO FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS ALL THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES DID NOT BATCH OUT AND WERE NEVER CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT , I DID NOT NOTICE THIS BECAUSE ALL THE DEBIT CHARGES DID GET CREDITED SO I FIGURED EVERYTHING WAS FINE. NOW EMPS TELLS ME IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I DID NOT DO THE SETTLEMENTS MANUALLY , IM LOSING OVER 15,000 DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THEM !!!
THEY ALSO TOLD ME I CAN MANUALLY CHARGE ALL THE OLD CHARGES THAT DID NOT BATCH BUT THAT IF I DO MOST CUSTOMERS WERE GOING TO DO A CHARGE BACK BECAUSE THE NEW CHARGE WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT DATE (todays date)AND THAT THEY WILL GET THEIR REFUND PLUS I WILL HAVE TO PAY A FINE TO EMPS OF 25 dollars OR MORE FOR EACH CHARGE BACK
ANY ONE CAN HELP ? Or have any suggestions ? PLEASE HELP ME
