Please stop buying into these scams. This is not a legitimate wholesale company. They are not here to help you. They are a business out to take your money. I know the appeal. You want to make some extra money, have the flexibility of working from home. They are manipulating you. I did business with SMC many years ago. I'm fortunate that I don't have some horror story to tell. What I can tell you that I know for sure is that a real wholesale company doesn't have a membership fee, doesn't provide you with your own website. They don't promise you a better life. They definitely do not have infomercials on TV. They don't offer drop shipping. SMC is all smoke and mirrors. Some of their products are decent but some are just cheap junk. Most people want to sign up with this because they can't afford to buy it up front, can't afford to have an inventory, but if you're doing this then you have no idea what you're selling.

If you think this is a great way to sell on Ebay, you're wrong. These products are a dime a dozen. There's nothing special about the products SMC offers. Not to mention Ebay fees and Paypal fees are quite high. This isn't about putting forth effort, giving it your all or being a motivated, fantastic business person. It's unfortunate that the people who claim to make a profit doing business with SMC dismiss hundreds of complaints by saying those people were just lazy and that's why they failed. That's total BS. I don't blame SMC that I didn't make a bunch of money, I blame SMC for dirty business practice and taking advantage of people. This is not how wholesale companies work people! If you want to start up a business you have to do it the hard way. You have to find a legitimate wholesale company. Most require you to have a business tax ID. This is easy and inexpensive to obtain. Then they require an application. They will have minimum purchases. That's what wholesale is. They aren't going to offer you more than the products themselves and good customer service. If you can't afford this then either look into government grants or loans for starting a business. Otherwise I hate to tell you but you can't afford to go into business. But even more so you really can't afford to do business with SMC.

Even if there are a few people making a very marginal profit why on earth have they accepted someone stealing their money right in front of their face?! It's embarrassing. I know because I tried it years ago before I understood how business works. I'm saying all this because it's horrible to watch people do this to themselves. As of right now SMC has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Look it up and see for yourselves. I hope what I'm saying here stops many people from going down this road.

If what you're hoping for is to work at home there are companies out there that will hire people to work from their homes and pay an hourly wage. It won't get ya rich but it's legitimate and doesn't require any money from you. Consider that option before you throw money away with SMC or any company like it.
