Charged me 31.99 a month on my debit card since July 2012. Said account was opened on a Hotmail account. I have never had a hotmail account. Dosen't it sound odd that upon someone getting acces to my debit card number the only thing that they did was opened an account with EMusic. These people are ripoff artists. Why can't these people be stopped? What do we need to do to stop this?
