A few weeks later I was charged 31.99 which they say is a fee to access music on their site. You still have to pay for the music mind you, the 31.99 is JUST for site access. (what the heck?)
I was also charged 9.99 for audio book access. (not the book, just the access to the book)
I called them and they said that I had agreed to a no return policy. What they could do for me was add another month to my account for free. If I decided to get a free month, then my account would still be active and I would be charged 31.99 again once the free month was up. I declined...obviously.
I then received an email after cancelling all services that stated... "your account is active until the 7th of July (this was on the 8th of June), if you use your account in ANY way, we will automatically re-instate your account and you will be charged again. So, there is no way to remove your credit card information from the site.
This company needs to be sued. They cannot legally keep and hold credit card information, can they?
