My car has been serviced twice & to no avail can this warranty be used. The explanations that have been stated regarding my brakes system "This type of repair is not cover under this warranted".  The 2nd attempt a list of items were submitted by Mercedes & every item was denied coverage, reason "Due to the age of the car".  If the age of my car was a problem then why was I sod a warranty? I ask the customer services representative for a copy of the list from the Mercedes Dealership of Gainesville. I was directed to contact Interstate National their sister company for a copy (Michael Castro Endurance Rep).  I then Contact Interstate National & was told I needed to speak with Endurance their company had nothing to do with the other Endurance was the company who denied the repair.  I then called Endurance back to get a Joe Castro who stated he was in the Sales Division.  When I asked was his name an AKA Name I was rushed to another department. Spoke with a Stephen (Customer Serv. Mrg) who gave me a month free payment "while I decided on what to do when I asked for a full refund of money paid for this Fraudulent Sale.  Going back to read & located more scams I found that the Manager Stephen is found in more case of scams at ripoffreport.com refusing and offering a free month payment. When a one-month agreement is accepted the consumer is then denied a refund.  As of today’s date 11-18-13, I received a call from Pamela Love, from Interstate National Dealer Services of Florida INC, who directed me to have my attorney submit a letter in writing to her Principal Address:  6120 Powers Ferry Rd, NW, Ste 200, Atlanta, Ga 30339.  This company is register in the State of Florida.  Registered Agent Name:  Timothy J. Meenan (Attorney: not shown on license at sunbiz.org), 204 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301. Both companies have been listed with the BBB more than 100 times and reviewed on ripoffreport.com more than 40 times, the companies show a history of consumer fraud and no one with in the State of Florida or Illinois have tried to stop consumers being defrauded their hard earned money.  Attorneys who are working together to defraud the consumers own these firms.  I am reporting this case to Attorney General and the State of Attorney, BBB, Florida Bar and Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois with the hopes of putting this fraud to stop.
