I received a letter stating that I owe for a student loan payment. I consolidated my loans in July and have been paying Direct Loan. I asked them where it came from, the guy said of course, the computer is down and he will call me on Monday. I will be calling Direct Loan myself and will find out exactly what is correct. I will respond quickly, If I find this company in error, as I do not want anyone else to be lied to.
