EOS CCA Notice of collection placement from eBay- I've never had an eBay account and eBay has no record of business with me. Norwell, Massachusetts

I have received multiple phone calls from a company who will only identify themselves as EOS CCA. The callers refuse to tell me why they are calling unless I give them my full name and address. Today I received a written "Notice of Collections Placement" letter stating that eBay placed my account with them for collection and demanding payment for this debt. I have never bought or sold on eBay, so I contacted eBay and they have no record of ever having an account with me under any of my email addresses.

I have placed a complaint with my state's attorney general's office, however, despite vigorous searching of EOS CCA's website, I was unable to unearth an email address for the company. This means that the computer form for filing the complaint with the attorney general's office did not work and rejected my complaint. I was able to file the complaint by pacing my own email address in the box. I am still waiting to hear form the attorney general's office.
