EPS EPS Electronic Processing Solutions, A Merchant Services provider decides to Steal Overrides DELRAY BEACH , Florida

ELECTRONIC PROCESSING SOLUTIONS, INC.AKA EPS in Delray Beach FL, has also chosen to conduct deceitful business practices.   Earlier this year they opted to make an application payment on behalf of my client in the amount of $2,500, which was part of a $5,000 payment.   Prior to this situation I referred Merchant Services Processing to EPS, for which we agreed I would receive quarterly overrides in the amount of 30% of the net proceeds of credit card processing, as well as commissions on Merchant Advances, and needless to say they have not honored our agreement.

They contend that the losses on the $2500 payment have caused them to withhold my commissions/overrides.  The portion of the application payment that corresponds to me has been more than recuperated by EPS, but they refuse to make any payments at all on "ALL" of the companies I referred. 

Please keep in mind that they continue to receive commissions on my clients which produce fees based upon approximately $1.5 Million in Merchant Services volume. I have given them months to try and do the right thing, but they have ignored my  repeated request to resolve this matter.  The president of the company, Hellen McQuain,  has time and time again acknowledged that I am do my fees, but they refuse to make any payment.

Brokers, be careful in dealing with this company as Ms. Mcquain and her partner Steven Krauthamer do not keep their word.

Stay away from this company -- They will earn your trust and you now know the rest.
