EPhone Telecom fraudulent EFT drafts no contract LIARS Herndon Virginia

OK ePhone, I've had enough. Diane & Letha the reps from ePhone said they'd send documentation of a 'verbal contract if there was one within 10 business days.'

Well, 10 days is up and there's no documentation because there never was even a conversation with their telemarketer.

They said the telemarketer no longer works for them because they also engaged in 'upselling' which is FTC lingo for making other unauthorized bank drafts from other companies, eg HOUSEHOLD PROTECTION PLUS and NATIONAL WELLNESS NETWORK.

When Letha told me that they had social security and driver license numbers, she thought it was hilarious because there is "no way to get a refund because we have those numbers!"

OK, Letha (and Diane)maybe the VA AG's office will think it's hilarious, too because the FTC and the NC AGs offices didn't think identy theft was funny.
