ERIC broken english, middle eastern Eric from a government office of consumer affairs This is a scam all the way! I applied for a payday loan with the same company then recieving calls alot. Can't understand people they are from another country??? Said I am being sued. Garden Grove , California

I have been receiving calls from this Eric man speaking very poor english from a middle eastern country telling me I am being sued.  The 1st call came from some other guy same broken english and gave me a phone number to call.  I called this number in fear of being sued and really wanting to know what this was all about?  Eric answered told me his name and proceeded to ramble on and on with out letting me get a word in.  Finally I just shouted at him and said, "Look I am not giving you my name or number or any information until you explain to me what this is about"  He told me he was from a government office, Department of Consumer Affairs!  I asked him how would I know if you are legit?  He hung up!  SO I called back and someone picked up but all I could hear was music, Oh My Darling Clementine!  So I hung up and a few minutes later called again and the recording said this number has been disconnected HA!

Anyone else out there beware, it is bad.  I connected the Payday Loan thing with what I am going through and advise a very risky business.  I sure hope they get caught.  The next time they call I'll just hang up.
