I have emailed esbi about this and demanded an immediate cancellation of this service. I will call all the companies involved including Verizon tomorrow so have these services removed from my account.
Needless to say after reading on here about this company these charges will not be paid by me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do if they give me a hard time with the removal of these charges?
