Similar to others, I recevied a $15.74 charge to my local telephone company monthly bill for "enhanced email setup". After reading other ripoff reports, I called the toll free number, talked to Angelica, and convinced her to reverse the charges. Supposedly that will be done in 1-2 months.

I will not pay the $15.74 to Qwest and will explain the faulty charges to them. I also intend to file a complaint with the state's public utilities commisson that regulates telecommunications.
