He did not order any service but he is told by his phone company that he is to pay it or his service will be shut-off. I guess it would not be so bad if this were a legal service that actually was listed as a company but it isnt, there is not even a web address for this.
The phone number that is given to you in case of questions is 1-888-458-3724. After you call it a man will tell you that you cannot ask any questions, that is a different number , but when you ask him for that number, he tells you he does not know it! More people need to call this service and keep calling, file reports, call your attorney general, and make sure you watch your phone bill.
Keep the BULLSHIT IN BOULDER!!!
