I recently discovered that I have been receiving additional charges on my Verizon phone bill for quite a long time. Since I often just look at a total and then do my banking on-line, I did not pay attention to the details of my bill. However, I did this time and discovered two extra charges for things I never asked for nor ever received. One was a charge from PaymentOne on behalf of EBusiness, for $19.85. It turns out, they Verizon has put this charge on my bill for the past 16 months! Recently, I contacted PaymentOne, and they claim they will refund me that money. The second company is called ESBI, and they billed me $15.37 on behalf of American EVoice, since August of 2009, which means they have been billing me for the past 29 months! I have yet to speak with them, but, on-line, I have seen others scammed (they call it Cramming) by American EVoice, and they have said that this company is only willing to refund 3 months back, in other words, they stole over $460, but will give me back around $47 as a refund, because I didn't report them stealing my money for over two years. I don't care how long it took me to discover this, I never signed up for any service from them, I don't even know what service they provide! And, as far as I can see, what they do is criminal, it is robbery, they are committing a crime against the American people and I can only imagine the total intake they are getting. Criminal, unethical, disgusting people are getting away with murder. Stop them !!!
