I was shocked to see charges on my SBC telephone statement for email service I never ordered from Net Armor and billed by ESBI via SBC.
Even more shocking was when I went to the FTC website and found that ESBI had settled with the FTC some time ago for fraudulent billing and yet they are still doing the same thing.
I question the integrity of SBC for continuing to do business with these people and I plan on filing a complaint with not only the FTC, but whoever else will listen.
The same thing happened to me!!!!!! For two months ESBI billed me on something I never ordered.
