First of all, their first letter told me I would ONLY have to pay $36.00. Not continually have to pay each time I received a letter from them which told me I would get billed later. Plus, How was I suppose to get a hold of them? They did leave a phone number but it is disconnected: 877-337-4304. EsoWorld should have let me know from the very first letter that there would be a 3 part payments for a total of (whatever amount) so that I wouldn't have been "surprised" that there was more to the whole scheme. (Again, no contract is legally binding here since they did not specify how much the total amount the product would cost and I never agreed to specific amount).

Which leads me to: Second, I never signed a contract, therefore it is illegal from them to demand I pay them without the exchange of a product (business law contract bylaws - look it up). So when I got a bill that had late charges tacked on with a threat to charge me more late fees I was wondering how these people think they have the right to charge me anything when I NEVER received merchandise!!! I don't care if they said they did this or that for me...where is the PROOF??? It is just hearsay...and I don't feel luckier or any better so how do I know what they did, if they did anything, was for real? Plus, I never agreed to continue to pay them anymore than the first fee, from the first letter (which I kept by-the-way), yet that led to another and then the third time I decided, "WAIT...NO WAY!" Because it was going to cost me another $74.50 (36 + 38.50) because they claimed I needed to buy some extra item for their ceremony to "work" called a Terneum bag (looked this up on line and there is NO INFO on this item...which is highly irregular since everything can be looked up on line with some kind of information or spelling that's different that comes close to what this bag might be - which was Ternium but if you look it up it doesn't come close to being a metaphysical item - it's a company on the stock exchange though that has to do with steel which won't fit in a little bag) and I should get it from this one place called: Pegasus Services (looked up online and they do NOT exist - please see for yourselves) by sending in $38.50 to Eso World so they could get it for me. This is tacked onto the $36.00 they wanted for the "final" stage.

SO: I never sent in the money for that final stage which basically speaks for itself: "NO MORE!" Obviously, since I never sent them anymore money or got that Terneum bag they needed to continue their so called work, I didn't want to continue with them anymore. AND that should have been that. If anything contact me with a nice letter for reminding me and ASKING me if I want to continue...NOT JUST SEND ME A BILL WITH LATE CHARGES RIGHT OFF THE BAT! SO I say: NO MORE...STOP OR ELSE! THEY ARE CAUSING ME UNDUE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS and people sue companies for torts and crimes that are worth less than what EsoWorld is doing to me and to others like me.

Please Help! If anyone can help get this person or group of people to ultimately give all of my money back and expose them for the frauds they are (which is funny because their first letter disclaimed all other "fortune tellers" and claimed they were fraud and trying to cheat people out of their money which is exactly what Eso World is doing here)...or if you find anything about them that can help so the Attorney General's office in Buffalo NY can be contacted and alerted...I would love to get my money back from both times I paid, I'd appreciate it. If not that's okay too but at least stop them from taking advantage and trying to bully others around!
