Espacio manages 1400 Biscayne Center--- an office building in downtown Miami.  Property Management is headed by Maribel Goldar and Diana Mancipe.  Espacio will tell you the opposite of what is actually in the contract and will avoid any contact or communication with you after you have signed the contract and moved in to your office space. 

Maribel Goldar and Diana Mancipe are unethical business women who will bank on any opportunity to milk money out of you.

There is no thermostat for the office, so some offices will not have working air conditioning, which is a travesty in Miami, while other offices will feel like an icebox. 

The walls at 1400 Biscayne Center are as thin as cardboard and if you just look up you will notice that the walls are not actually touching the ceiling. 

We had really noisy neighbors and it took them so long to leave because Maribel Goldar and Diana Mancipe made them pay this ridiculous amount to get out.  They don't care about the tenants, they just want to take their money and run. 

Do not do business with these awful bitches.  They have no souls.
