I sigup up for a vacation and was told I could cancel within 15 days. I cancelled in about 12 days and was told my deposit would be returned in 5-10 days, which did not happen.

On Aug. 28, I emailed this agency about the above and to return my money. On august 29, they debited me for another $50. I called on Aug. 30 and was told my vacation was still active.

They will not admit that I cancelled this vacation, and I cannot reach a person to talk to.
