EVALUATION SOLUTIONS DOES NOT PAY FOR BPO'S DONE JACKSONVILLE, Florida

I too had done many BPO orders for this company, in August I told them until I was paid I would do no more work, after 4 months of phone calls, emails and filing a complaint with the Florida attorney General I was paid in full, vowed never to work for them again. I followed up with the attorney generals office to find out there was a host of complaints filed against this company and was told investigators were preparing an investigation, if you have not recieved notice this company is now out of business. I can honestly say I do feel for the people who were employed by the unscrupulous executives, losing their jobs just before Christmas, but also hope those responsible for the illegal business practices are held accountable. Thank you all of you who did something by contacting the attorney general and stopping this from happening to more unsuspecting agents around the country.

Did BPO's for this company for the last year and  always had a problem in getting payment.  Received an email from this company today (December 20, 2012) stating that they have ceased operation and all inquiries are to be directed to Bradley R. Markey (PA) at brm@stmlaw.net.  Hopefully all of us that have not received payment from Evaulation Solutions may get paid if we contact Mr. Markey.
