It was procesed thru usps facility at Jamica N.Y. 11430 on December, 2012 at 4:01 am. This is the last time that the post office can trace it. Once it leaves the country, they say that they cannot trace it anymore.
Ihave tried numerous times to get in touch with these people, only to keep getting a recording. I even held the phone to my ear for 25 minutes but still no answer.
The cost of this item was $124.80 plus shipping of $1525, for a total cost of $140.05 I have paid for this item, and requested my money back due to it being defective, and I do not want a replacement and go thru the same thing again.
the order number is 145120. Hope to get this matter disolved.
