When going to retrieve my laptop computer back on a loan from EZ PAWN the employee that helped me returned the laptop with a completely different power cord, the ampage was even wrong! And purposely distracted me from making sure my item was the correct one and all the parts were what i originally brought in, by over intently trying to sell me a TV that was obviously new or overstocked, which of course i was not interested in! And when i arrived home and discovered that it was'nt even the right power cord i called immediately to the store and explained to them what happened (even giving them the benefit of it being an honest mistake) and they told me there was nothing that they could do for me. Needless to say they ripped me off for the 45 dollars extra that i had to pay for the interest but then the 90.00 it costs for me to get the proper power cord from the computer store! EZ PAWN here in NORTH LAS VEGAS is the most incompetant and shiesty pawn business i have ever dealt with.
