EZ Payday/ EZ Cash Another scam email Internet

These are the two emails that I have received from this email addy. They do have personal information but I cannot find out anything doing an internet search. I am a victim of identity theft and wondered if anyone else has heard from them

The total outstanding amount under your name is $792.21. If you want to resolve this case out if the court house through OOCR, you need to pay this amount. We can provide you possible payment arrangements. You need to pay as per your payment scheduled. If you will delay your payments or the payments will get
declined, you will have to face delay charges ($49.00) or decline charges ($99.00). We can provide you the following payment arrangements.
1. $200.00 12/14/12
2. $200.00 12/28/12
3. $200.00 01/11/12
4. $193.00 01/25/13
There can be a change in the payment schedule as per your pay dates. We are waiting for your reply regarding your intention to clear this outstanding balance under your name within given time period. Also, if you want to pay in full, you need to pay only $559.00. If you want to stop legal proceedings, you
need to start your payments from this Friday.
