EZ Rental Cars Rental car rip off Orlando Florida

Two weeks prior to my fabulous Vegas vacation I reserved a rental car online with E-Z Rental car.  My plane was sceduled to arive at 11:30 at night so I rented from them specifically because they said they had an in terminal rental counter.  Needless to say I should have known better - no one at McCairn Airport has in terminal rental but I didn't think they would outright lie and I thought it would save a little time not having to ride the shuttle to the off site rental place.  EZ Rental was not cheaper - the claim of in terminal rental was the only determining factor.  I reserved the car for 11:30 - by the time we got our bags it was 11:40 and we then wandered around the terminal for 10 minutes before I realized I had been had.  I know what you're thinking this person is just a complainer but wait it gets way better.  We get to the rental car complex - it may have been 11:50 at this point.  There is only one rep at the counter and there is a customer at the desk screeming about being scammed by the company.  After 20 minutes waiting on the irate customer to finally get his car it seemed we might actually get to the hotel before 1.  When we stepped up to the counter the guy typed in our info and claimed to not have a reservation - when I whipped out my cell phone and showed him the confirmation email he kept typing away and finally "found" our reservation.  Then he informed us we were late and he didn't have any more cars.  I asked him what I was supposed to do at 12 at night to get another car and he told me to walk.  Now I am not stupid enough to believe he did not have any more cars - he just didn't have any more small cars and wanted me to pay more.  We knew we were going to drive quite a bit and not only was I not willing to pay more for a larger car I didn't want a bigger car.  I scrambled around and found another rental company with cars available - of course it cost me a bit more due to the lack of advanced reservation but at least I didn't get further involved with this unscrewpulous company.  Oh yea and there were cars in EZ Rental cars lot when we walked out to get our car.  Just do yourself a favor and don't deal with this company not only did they fail to hold up their end of the bargin they were rude just for the sake of being rude and truthfully the only reason they were not able to extract more money out of me was because it was not a super busy week in Vegas - otherwise I am sure I would just have had to pay what ever they wanted for an "upgraded" car.
