Look at the language the owner, Craig uses in his responses.  How professional do you really think you are going to be treated.   Well, we found out.   We bought a squeegee sharpener from him, that arrived in non-working condition.   We were sold this item as is, but confirmed that it was in running condition.

No refund, no discussion.  You are on your own with this company.   Simply put... Just look elsewhere.

Sounds like the same old person (Scott King) putting this nonsense again or the guy who emailed us at the same time this false posting went up so that there company could try to collect $800 to remove these lies and false statements from Google or some desperate competitor spreading false info. Regardless, What a cheesy way to make business. The false poster also does not state who they are which is a dead give away about there phony postings. Unfortunately there are websites like this so that fakes and phony's can hide behind to falsely slander innocent companies. We really don't have time for this non-sense. If anyone needs 19 years of great repeat references from our company, just ask. We would be happy to provide them for you.
