Credit/Replacement never came. Called the company. Was told the company owner "only checks the company mailbox for returns once a month." "ONCE A MONTH!" Needless to say, never did receive reimbursement. This was in 2006. Sure wish I had seen this beforehand on "Rip-Offs". Could have saved my money, time and hassle. What a crook!
