I am in the process of disputing my charges with my bank. Oh, and by the way, my father also placed an order with them on Feb 2nd and has not recieved his merchandise either. He is also having the same problems with their steller customer service, and was physically hung up on by a CS rep.
I wish I would have seen this on here before I ordered.
Stay far far away from this company. They are crooks.
