I received my telephone bill on 2/14 and i see a charge of $14.95 on it.   I call Verizon and i was told they cant cancel this service i am being invoiced for that i must call the 800 number on the other provider page.    But they did say they would provide a block from this happening again.

I called the 1-800-460-0078 number and told them that i did not sign up for this and want it cancelled.    She said she would do that and i also told the CSR i would not pay for this part of the bill.    She then said i would get late charges and fees added if i did not pay.    she then proceeded to tell me i signed up for this service thru an email offering me a $1000 gift card  via email and that i signed up for the email service and had 72 hrs to cancel.   She also said that i received two phone calls on my home line one she said my machine answered and i had a hang up call on my phone several times then she said someone answered the phone .  If i had answereed the phone i would have said i do not want the service.    I did not speak to anyone from this company.   People need to be made aware of the traps these companies set in the form of getting a free $1000 gift card.
