I traded ( Binary Options !! ) with this ( Online-Broker ) from late - Dec - 2012... Jan - 2013. On ( Jan 3, 2013. I made a withdrawal request. Today is ( Jan 21, 2013 ) I have not received my money. This Broker,s policy is ( 5 - days ) to process your deposit. After ( 5-days ) I did not receive any noticed my withdrawal had been processed. ( 15-days passed and, I still had not heard a word from this broker. This is absolutely unacceptable !!! I contacted them twice. The first time I contacted them, they sent me an email response saying they got my msg of concern about my withdrawal and, will process my request. 5- more days passed and, still my request had not been done. I later found out from their customer svc: dept: this broker has ( outsourced ! ) its withdrawal processing to another company and, this company don,t seem to give a DAMN ! about timely processing of withdrawal request to acct-holders. DON,T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BROKER !!! their withdrawal process is an absolute disaster. There is no guarantee you will get your money. This ( ONLINE BROKER NEEDS TO REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES !!! )
