After 14 day wait I attempted to contact EZinkjet. Failure to reply to e-mails. Phone always machine answered,. After many, many attempts, spoke to human. Very courteous, attentive to problem, promised resolution. Has not happened.
In all fairness: I had ordered from them 6 or 7 times the past 3-4 years. Orders were always filled on time with quality products. Something went sour!
Am now trying to resolve with my CC Co.
