On 10/02/2012 I let this company pick up my car and they promised to have it delivered 10/05/2012.
A week later 10/12/2012 the car is still not delivered. I call the owner Mark he has no idea whats going on with the car and tells me to call the office. I call the office the dispatcher is not there. I call back mark he is not picking up now.
I keep calling all of there numbers they do not want to answer. I threat them I was going to report the car stolen and they still did not call me. 2 days later He calls me telling me the driver is leaving on 10/14/12 and will deliver the next morning.
On 10/15/12 I call them to see whats going on???
I call mark directly. He picks up and I am like hey whats going on with my car?? Hes like you know what go F*** your self you A$$hole and just hangs up on me??????
That are the exact words over the phone from him. I call the dispatcher she apologizes and I ask them to provide me with a discount because the car is over 10 days late already and they wont offer me anything.
10/15/12 STILL THE CAR IS NOT HEAR. THE DISTANCE IS LIKE 400 MILES AND ITS TAKING THEM OVER 10 EXTRA DAYS TO DELIVER AND I GET CUSSED OUT BY THE OWNER (MARK).
Stay away from this transporting company Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Worst company in the world. My rating to them is -5 out of 10!

Sounds like they just kept the money. In Nevada that's called felony theft by deception. Do you get the feeling that Mark is no stranger to the criminal justice system? Notify your local police and declare the car as stolen. Make sure they do a background check on Mark. This could get real interesting.
