This was to be my 3rd carport from these people. the first one, took 3 reschdules to get done, the second one, 2 times, then brought the wrong color trim. this one, i have had ordered since the first of june of this year. put on the bottom of the contract. install after 5 pm, i work out of town. the installer called me last night after 730 to tell me, they finished all installs but mine, they would be at my place first thing in the morning. i said NO, thats not what the contract says. well can you be there any earlier, i said tell you what, i will take off an hr early from work, and you can be there at 4pm. i will ask my crew if they want to stay. this morning i get a call from eagle carports them selves telling me, the installers truck broke down and he cant make it today. i cancelled plans this weekend, to get this done. i told the lady the installer was lying, becuase he wanted to go home. so i told her to have a manager call me or i would cancel the whole deal. so far no calls. i will never use eagle again, my advice to all, is choose another company, they dont care about the customer, the first time it happened, i thought maybe the company doesnt know how the installers are, but they do, they just dont care.
