I purchased a brand new vehicle with chips on the hood and have been deferred from person to person about getting it fixed. After completing my survey online I was contacted by Cat Hubler who spent over an hour going into great detail of how my problem would be rectified including providing a loaner vehicle while repairs were completed. After the appointment was set, I was contacted by someone else saying I would not be getting the problems fixed but instead a small credit towards repairs. When I contacted Cat she indicated she had to defer the problem to someone else and would no longer be able to resolve the issues that she acknowledged as taking place. I also have text messages and voicemails from the service advisor that say I would receive repairs and a loaner vehicle.

This is a video that all car buyers should watch I'm sure you've heard of the terminology ( The square )

This is a training video Believe is used to teach car salesman how to hold higher prices. Let's face it it's a battle over your money are they going to TAKE IT, or you going to keep it. TO BUY A CAR FROM A SALESMAN IT'S TRYING TO GET YOU TO LIKE HIM IT'S NOT ABOUT A RELATIONSHIP, IT'S NOT ABOUT FRIENDSHIP It's about money. Steve Richards does not teach Fraudulent ways.
