This company represented by Paul Ucman II does not do good work.  Mr. Ucman lied over and over to our family about when he would show up, what he planned to do, and when he would finish.  What satarted out as a 2-3 day job turned into 2 months of hell for us.

It seemed as though they knew what they wanted to do (make themselves rich at someone else's expense), but they didn't know how to do the work they were contracted to do.

The end result was a botched job.  Our building code inspector told us to hold the last payment until the work was done to code, so we did.  They sued us, and when we won, the appealed.

I have nightmares of seeing this man in court for another 20 years.  In the meantime, we can not use our porch or steps to the driveway safely.  One step riser in 5 1/2 inches another is 12 1/2 inches.  Water pools on the porch because the porch now slopes toward the house.  The brick is laid on a slant, and the yard looks like a construction site.  But Earth Concepts and Paul Ucman II say the job is finished and they want the final payment. 

Watch your wallet and get a solid contract with all the details with this folds.  
Your best bet if you want your job done right, is don't ever call them.  I'm sorry I ever heard of them.
