Earthlink does not allow you to cancel your service. They continue to deduct money from your account if you set up payment through your bank account.
We have been trying to cancel service for three months. We had to have the bank "stop payment" on this company.
Through their live chat and also via the phone, as soon as you mention you would like to stop service, they can't help you or you get a recording stating they have too many calls and to try later.
The one time we did get a call through, we were connected with a foreign speaking person that we could not understand a single word she was saying. Her broken english was not audible. After several minutes on the phone, we had our service disconnected supposeably. But they still bill for services.
Do not, under any circumstances use this service. I was amazed at how many complaints were on rip-off reports. And they still continue to suck people in.
