Wanted to switch Merchant services provider gave East commerce the chance to match the new offer. They could not so I canceled my service with them in November.... Had been a customer for 6 years NOT UNDER CONTRACT. December 2nd I seen and ACH for $49 so I called and Wendy Medeiros head of customer service tried to tell me that I never canceled and that I would have to cancel in writing. I faxed over the proper documents 13 minutes later.....( I was so pissed That I wrote down the time of the fax and phone calls.) Called to confirm that fax had been received. No answer left message no returned call. December 31st another ACH $10 Called once again said that it took 7 days to process the fax. January 20th another ACH $75. I Called, they are claiming they had to 30 days to process the cancellation and I would be billed every month till they Canceled not me But them. Now they want me to prove that they billed me so they can look into it.
Crooks CAUTION. CAUTION. CAUTION Look around on the internet they scam lots of there customers. When I signed up 6 years ago I spoke with the President of the company she said it was a small family owned company so I felt good that I was helping a small business. What a bunch of BS, scam artist.

East Commerce Solutions. Has agreed to refund the ACH. They did stand behind there word, it took some phone calls but I am very happy with the results. As I mentioned before I was with them 6 years, and I failed to mention that in 6 years this had been the only issue.
