We contracted with Christopher Caruso to rebuild a small portion of our foundation that collapsed after Hurricane Sandy. We live in Massapequa NY and we were desperate to patch the hole immediately. He demanded two-thirds be paid cash before he started the job. We gave him $2,500. He did 3 hours worth of work and we havent seen him since. He hired 2 workers from Home Depot and he screwed them too out of their day rate. They had never worked for him in the past. He disconnected and changed his cell phone shortly there after.
The guy is completely dishonest and has zero integrity. He took advantage of the people involved in this horrible disaster. Do not do business with him, you'll be sorry if you do.
