Eastern Auto Mall INC Paul (owner) Was sold a vehicle and ripped off Ilion, New York

I went to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. I test drove car. Before I gave this business a deposit i told him of issues when i test drove it.

1 week later i purchased vehicle and was told everything was fixed. Well, 2 weeks later i brought it to them to have a caliper checked and again the steering issue that i had mentioned when i test drove car.
 
They fixed caliper and said they could not find anything wrong with the steering. Funny thing here is the salesman witnessed the car just "stall" had mechanic look at it. now it was squeaking and stalling. He said he couldnt figure it out.

And had me drive off with it. ! week after that i brought it back. He refused to do anything for me. Expected me to pay his mechanic to do the work. I took it to a REAL mechanic and found out they passed my car with a bad tie rod end.

Ontop of the fact that the belt tensioner pulley was bad, the belt, and the altenator and the stationary idler pulley. I paid this man $4150.00 (my last) for a "reliable vehicle" and got a piece of junk
