Eastern Mortgage is now proceeding foreclosure on my home. The issues is complicated legally, as this also entails a previous sale of another home that they also where the mortgagee We found out after the fact, somehow the 2 properties where cross collaterised, into 1 mortgage, that is clearly fraud. .This home is owned by our families Irrevocable Trust( the home was sold after my husbands mother died, and he is the trustee) The profits from that sale where $235,000.plus...., Eastern has refused to releasethese funds they are in escrow.How the hell can I pay the mortgage on my home if they will not allow me to have access to funds?! More so, these funds are an asset of an irrevocable trust! Old Republic ( processed the closing ALSO they are the title co.) said they are not responsible, and blame Eastern, and visa versa. At the time when the mortgage was made,2 years ago for our home, the lender was made fully aware of the situation of my husbands mental health) HE HAS BEEN TREATED FOR DEPRESSION, SPECIFICALLY"POST TRAUMATIC STRESS" HE WAS THEN, AND REMAINS UNDRER PSYCHIATRIC CARE. We have an army of legal associates, 9 have been engaged, and have had 'CONFLICT OF INTEREST' as the ethical reasons that disable them from accepting our case. We have offered several reasonable compromises to EASTERN.To date they remain irrational, illusive and unwilling to resolve this.It would seem ,that they are more interested in foreclosure. My frustration is compounded by the lack of either party to be accountable, responsible and ethical. It outrages me , Today after the 9th quitter, I took the helm, knowing that i will be able to be more effectual with my words, your help and the local press !!( MANY ARE CLOSE FRIENDS) Rule no 1. never piss off a woman with a need for attention, that loves the camera and has a healthy dose of moral self righteousness.
