It wasn't until I received the small shipment and an insert with only a phone number to contact, that I began to see the light. The iinfomation sheet offers information and a phone number to cancel within 14 days of the order. I made the phone call.
I have lost track of the numbers of times I have phoned to cancel and I get no further than a polite message, a bell ringing, and then soft tunes of wind chimes. So I got on the internet and found you and see that other folks have been ripped off from this same group. I hope something can be done. I will contact my credit card company, but I fear I'm stuck in a weird treadmill and no way to contact this shoddy company to cancel what I never ordered.
They do not answer their phone!
