I know for a fact they were aware of the foreclosure due to civil records listed at Polk County Court house. These records list Easy Homes 123 as the leading defendants in the case.
We are the third set of tenants that they have scammed this way according to neighbors. My neighbor across the street said that two other families had moved out when they were notified of the foreclosure.
