Upon receiving the diet tea it made me sick and dizzy. I canceled all future order. I returned (shipped UPS to Ontario CA) the tea within 2 weeks under the instructions in the 60 Day Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee which had Kenneth Liu, President and Founder, name under it on the page. The package was received. I then received an e-mail stating that they had received the tea and that they where processing my refund and that I would receive it within 2 weeks. They also stated that another order may have been shipped and that I would not have to return it or I would not be charged for it. I received the second shipment and my credit card was charged ($59.95). The second shipment came from YU-YI USA, Army Post Dist Ctr, 3800 Army Post Road, Des Moines, IA 500321. Over the next three months I exchanged many e-mails with them. On line chats and many phone calls. They kept telling me that they had issued the refund, but I kept telling them that they refunded the first charge only and sending them proof of both charges. They finally told me to add WATERMELON to the subject of my e-mails and it would go directly to management. I did this and they still said it had been refund and to check with my bank. I did and they confirmed that it had not been refunded. I sent another e-mail and this time they agreed that it had not been refunded and that I would received my refund with in two weeks. It has been three months and still no refund. Now they will not even respond to my e-mails. You must be joking. You respond with a canned letter that you use to respond to all complaints. I am tired of talking and sending E-mails to you. Last February you admitted in a e-mail that you still owed me $59.95 and that I would receive it within 2 weeks.


I am now working with the California State Attorney Office and they have review my compliant and others from Ripoff Report from the State of California. They just waiting for copies of my E-mails and internet customer support calls and phone calls logs with you. I understand that if they file as a single case that I can get back twice as much that is owed me or if they file as a class action law suite I can get more but may take longer.
